What You Get In Writing

Terms that go into every agreement we sign. See all client commitments.

90-Day Fix Warranty

If something we built breaks against the agreed scope within 90 days of delivery, we fix it at no charge. Bugs are our problem; new requests get quoted as new work.

Talk to the Developer

No account manager relaying messages. You get direct access to the engineer doing the work, in your time zone, with at least four hours of daily overlap.

A Written Price Before Work Starts

Every job gets a scope and a number in writing first — a fixed price for defined work, or an hourly rate with a capped estimate. If scope changes, we re-quote before we build, not after.
