Pricing

Pricing That Starts Small Enough To Test Us

Most agencies make you commit to a project before you know whether they can code. We price individual pieces of work, so you can hand us one bug, one screen, or one integration first — and decide from there.

What Work Costs, By Type

Prices depend on what the job actually involves — how many parts of the system it touches, and how much of it is unknown before we look.

Starting prices for scoped work. The exact number is confirmed in writing after we look at the job — always before we start.

In Detail

What Each Price Includes

Every tier below lists what you get, how long it usually takes, and who it suits. Nothing here is a subscription or a retainer you cannot leave.

Bug Fix & Small Change

From $12 Minor UI or functionality fixes

A defect, a broken layout, a label in the wrong language, a crash on one device. Small, self-contained work with a clear definition of done.

  • Reproduction of the issue on our side before we quote
  • The fix, plus a note on what caused it
  • A pull request against your branch, or a patch file
  • One round of adjustments if our fix misses the mark
Turnaround: 24-72 hours once we have repository access Best for: Teams with a live product and a backlog of small defects nobody has time for.

UI Implementation

From $15 Build one screen from a design

One screen or component built from your Figma, XD, or a screenshot — responsive, matching the design, wired to placeholder or real data.

  • Pixel-accurate build from your design file
  • Responsive behaviour across mobile, tablet, and desktop
  • Component structure that matches your existing codebase
  • Basic accessibility: focus states, labels, and contrast
Turnaround: 2-5 days per screen, depending on states and interactions Best for: Design teams who are ahead of their developers, or founders with a design but no front-end.

API Integration

From $20 Connect and integrate a third-party API

Payments, maps, messaging, CRM, shipping, analytics — connecting an external service to your product and handling the parts that go wrong.

  • Authentication, request handling, and response mapping
  • Error, timeout, and rate-limit handling instead of a happy path only
  • Sandbox and production configuration kept separate
  • A short written note on what we wired up and where
Turnaround: 3-7 days for a standard, well-documented API Best for: Products that need Stripe, Twilio, Google Maps, HubSpot, or a similar service connected properly.

Advanced Feature & Module

From $35 Complex functionality or a complete module

Real-time sync, offline support, payment and subscription logic, an AI feature with retrieval, a reporting engine, or a full module such as checkout or scheduling.

  • Design of the approach before any code is written
  • Edge cases and failure paths mapped and handled
  • Load and behaviour checks against realistic data volumes
  • Documentation your team can maintain from
Turnaround: 3-6 weeks depending on complexity Best for: Products where the hard part is the logic, not the screens.

Full Application

Custom Quote Complete app, platform, or product build

A complete product — mobile app, web platform, SaaS, or internal system — from discovery through launch and handover. Priced per project, never per template.

  • Discovery: requirements, user flows, and a technical approach
  • An itemised estimate with the assumptions written down
  • Design, build, QA, and deployment in two-week sprints
  • Source code, documentation, and infrastructure handed to you
Turnaround: 8-24 weeks, agreed in the estimate before we start Best for: Founders and companies building something new, or replacing a system that has run out of road.

How You Pay

Three Ways To Work With Us

Pick the model that matches how well-defined the work is. You can switch between them as a project settles down.

Fixed Price Per Task

From $12

You describe the job, we quote a number, you approve it, we build it. The price does not move unless the scope does — and if it does, we re-quote before continuing rather than after.

Best for: Well-defined work: bugs, screens, integrations, and features with a clear definition of done.

Hourly

From $12/hour

For work that cannot be pinned down in advance — investigation, ongoing changes, or a backlog that shifts weekly. We bill actual hours with a task-level breakdown, against a cap you set.

Best for: Evolving scopes, exploratory work, and teams who want to control spend week by week.

Dedicated Developer

From $1,900/month

One developer, 160 hours a month, working only on your product, in your repositories and your standups. Scale up or down with 30 days notice, with no recruitment fee and no lock-in.

Best for: Roadmaps that will keep a developer busy for three months or more.

The Fine Print, Up Front

  • Prices are starting points for straightforward work of that type. We quote the actual job after looking at it — and we tell you before we start, not after.
  • $12 to $35 covers scoped pieces of work. A complete application is a custom quote; anyone offering you a finished app for $35 is selling you a template.
  • Everything is quoted in US dollars, invoiced monthly or per milestone, and payable by bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal.
  • First consultation and the estimate itself are free. We do not charge for scoping conversations.

Questions About Cost

The things people ask before sending us a first job. Talk to our team.

It is real, and it is deliberately small. A single defect with a clear reproduction — a crash on one Android version, a form that does not validate, a layout that breaks at 375px — is genuinely a $12 job for us, and it is the cheapest way for you to find out whether we are any good before committing to anything larger.

How many parts of the system it touches and how much of it is unknown. A text change is $12. One screen from a finished design is $15. Wiring in a documented third-party API is $20. A feature crossing the interface, API, and database is $25. Something involving real-time behaviour, offline sync, payments, or AI retrieval starts at $35. If a job spans several of these, we quote it as one number rather than adding tiers together.

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Those prices are for scoped pieces of work. A complete application involves discovery, design, several modules, QA, and deployment, and it is quoted per project after we understand what you need. What the $35 tier does give you is a way to test our work on one hard piece before you commission the rest.

We tell you before we build, not after. If reproducing your bug reveals it is an architectural problem rather than a one-line fix, you get a message explaining what we found and a revised number to approve or decline. You are never invoiced for work you did not agree to.

No. Scoping calls, written estimates, and a review of your existing code before quoting are all free. We only invoice once you have approved a price and we have started building.

Small tasks are invoiced on completion. Larger work is split into milestones, typically with a percentage on kickoff and the balance on delivery. Dedicated developers are invoiced monthly in advance. We accept bank transfer, Wise, and PayPal, and we send a proper invoice for your accounts team.

Third-party costs are yours: hosting, app store fees, paid APIs, licences, and design tool subscriptions. We tell you what those will be during scoping so the total is not a surprise. Our number covers the engineering.

For fixed-price tasks, no — a single $12 job is a perfectly normal way to start with us. Hourly work carries a 10-hour minimum so the setup effort is worthwhile for both sides. Dedicated developers are booked monthly with 30 days notice to end.

Start with something small.

Send us one bug, one screen, or one integration. We will quote it in writing, usually within a business day.
