Our Story
From A Small Team To A Global Delivery Partner
Devlex Infotech started in Ahmedabad in 2020 with a small team and a narrow focus: build mobile apps properly, for people who had been burned by agencies that disappeared after launch. The first projects were native Android and iOS builds for retail and logistics businesses, and the habits we picked up there — write the estimate down, demo every week, fix what breaks — are still how the company runs.
The work widened as clients asked for more. Web platforms came first, then backend and API work, then cloud setup on AWS and Azure. Each new area brought a standard to meet: patient data that had to be handled under health-privacy rules, payment flows that had to survive a PCI review, GDPR questions from European customers. Clearing those repeatedly turned a mobile shop into a general engineering team.
Today Devlex Infotech is a 30+ person team working with clients in 5+ countries, with AI engineering now a regular part of what we build rather than a side offering. What we sell is not a longer service list — it is a way of working: a team that behaves like your own, a price agreed before work starts, and source code that belongs to you from the first commit.

Devlex Infotech opens with a small in-house team building native Android and iOS apps for retail and logistics businesses in Gujarat.
2021
First Clients Outside India
Referrals bring the first overseas engagements. The team grows and takes on full-stack web work with React and Node.js alongside mobile.
2022
Backend and Cloud Practice
A dedicated backend and DevOps group forms to handle API design, database work, and deployments on AWS and Azure for clients running production systems.

Regulated and Enterprise Work
The team delivers its first health-data and payments projects, adding the review habits those domains demand: threat modelling, audit trails, and documented data handling.

A small AI group starts shipping production LLM features — retrieval over client documents, support assistants, and document processing — rather than demos.

Jay Prajapati
Founder & CEOJay started Devlex Infotech in 2020 after years of building mobile products, and still reviews every major engagement before it starts. He handles scoping and pricing conversations personally, so the estimate you get comes from someone who will answer for it.

Architecture & StandardsOur engineering leads own architecture reviews, security practices, and the deployment platform behind client projects. Nothing reaches a production branch without a second engineer signing off on it.
Delivery Team
Project & Sprint ManagementDelivery leads run the sprint cadence on every active project — planning, weekly demos, and the status report you get whether the news is good or not. They onboard each dedicated team before it meets a client.

A Written Price Before Work StartsEvery job gets a scope and a number in writing first — a fixed price for defined work, or an hourly rate with a capped estimate. If scope changes, we re-quote before we build, not after.
You Own the CodeSource code, designs, and data are yours. We work in your repository where possible, hand over full documentation, and transfer everything at the end. No license fees, no hostage situations.
NDA Before You Share AnythingWe sign your NDA — or send ours — before the first technical conversation. Your idea, your data, and your customer information stay confidential during and after the engagement.
A Demo Every Two WeeksYou see running software on a fixed cadence, not slide decks. Sprint demos, a shared board you can open any time, and a written status note covering what shipped and what slipped.
90-Day Fix WarrantyIf something we built breaks against the agreed scope within 90 days of delivery, we fix it at no charge. Bugs are our problem; new requests get quoted as new work.
Talk to the DeveloperNo account manager relaying messages. You get direct access to the engineer doing the work, in your time zone, with at least four hours of daily overlap.
