Yes, before we hear a single detail about your idea. We sign your NDA or provide ours, and confidentiality clauses carry into every contract we write.

You do — 100%. All source code, designs, documentation, and accounts are transferred to you, and our contracts state explicitly that all work product is your exclusive property upon payment. We keep nothing and reuse nothing.

You get a dedicated project manager, a shared Slack or Teams channel, weekly video calls, and sprint demo recordings. We guarantee at least 4 hours of working overlap with your time zone, whether you are in New York, London, Dubai, or Sydney.

Yes — roughly a quarter of our engagements start as takeovers. We begin with a code and infrastructure audit (typically 1-2 weeks), give you an honest report on what is salvageable, then stabilize before adding features. No rebuild-from-scratch pitch unless the audit genuinely justifies it.

Every build includes a free 90-day bug warranty against the agreed scope. Beyond that we offer maintenance plans covering monitoring, security patching, performance tuning, and an agreed response time, priced after we look at what you are running. Individual post-launch fixes can also be bought one at a time from $12 if you would rather not hold a retainer.

Peer code review on every pull request, automated test suites with coverage targets agreed per project, a QA engineer on every build, and staging environments that mirror production. Work touching health data, payments, or EU personal data gets an additional security review before release. We are not currently ISO certified — if a certification is a procurement requirement for you, tell us early and we will say plainly whether we can meet it.

You interview every candidate, they work only on your product with overlapping hours, and you can scale the team up or down with 30 days notice.
