MediQueue — A Smarter Approach to Patient Scheduling and Virtual Care

Read case studyA London-based ed-tech startup ran professional upskilling courses through a patchwork of Zoom, Google Drive, and a white-label LMS that learners described as a filing cabinet. Completion rates hovered near 30% and tutor-led live sessions could not scale past 100 attendees. The founders wanted a platform of their own: live classes with real interactivity, structured course journeys, and the analytics to prove learning outcomes to corporate buyers. Devlex Infotech built LearnSphere end to end.
Courses were video dumps with a quiz at the end, and the data showed it: most learners disengaged by week two. Corporate clients began questioning renewals because they could not demonstrate outcomes to their HR teams.
We rebuilt courses as structured journeys with milestone unlocks, spaced-recall quizzes, peer discussion threads, and streak-based nudges delivered by email and push. Completion mechanics were designed with the client's learning team, not bolted on afterwards.
Zoom-based classes capped out operationally around 100 learners and offered no structured interactivity — no in-flow quizzes, no breakout assignments tied to the curriculum, no attendance-linked progress. Scaling cohorts meant scaling tutor headcount linearly.
A custom live-class module built on scalable WebRTC infrastructure supports HD streaming, live polls, hand-raise queues, and timed breakout rooms — for thousands of concurrent learners per session. Recordings auto-publish into the course with chapter markers and searchable transcripts.
B2B clients wanted skills matrices, progress reports, and completion certificates mapped to their own competency frameworks. The old stack produced none of this, forcing the team to assemble reports manually in spreadsheets each quarter.
An analytics layer tracks engagement, assessment mastery, and skill progression per learner, then rolls it up into white-labeled dashboards for each corporate client. SCORM and xAPI support plus auto-issued verifiable certificates closed the gaps procurement teams asked about.
“Our completion rate was the metric that kept me up at night, and Devlex treated it like their own KPI. They built a product our learners genuinely enjoy — which in ed-tech is the whole game.”
